2019 Completed Projects

In 2019 Insight Engineering completed the following projects:

• Electrical, Functional Safety and Hazardous Area Design for a large expansion of a chemical processing facility
• Electrical and Control System Design, PLC & SCADA Programming, Site Commissioning for a Timber Saw Line in regional Victoria
• PLC & SCADA Programming, site commissioning of a Bulk Powder transport hub
• Design and Development of an interactive web-accessed Portal to remotely monitor unloading of ships
• SCADA Development and Robot Network interaction with an automated packaging system for a meat works in Victoria
• PLC & SCADA Programming for aluminium handling equipment in the UAE
• Site Construction Management, Electrical and Mechanical Supervision for a large gold mine
• SCADA Development incorporating ten process machines for an aerospace supplier
• Functional Safety Engineering and Risk Assessments for numerous clients throughout Australia
• NABERS and Energy assessments and audits for numerous clients
• Project Management services – site based – for a large mine in South Australia
